Instructions (Read Carefully)

1.: Convocation of Chhatrapati Shahu Ji Maharaj University, Uttar Pradesh, Kanpur (formerly known as Kanpur University), Kanpur Wednesday , September 17, 2025.

2.: The venue of the Convocation is Virangana Rani Laxmi Bai Auditorium.
3.: All students/participants are advised to take their respective seats between 8:30 AM to 9:00 AM.
4.: The dress code for Convocation is: a) For Boys Pants and shirt. b) For Girls Salwar Suit/Saree in light color.
5.: Don't forget to carry your Identity Proof and Invitation letter for both getting robes and attending the convocation ceremony.
6.: Live streaming of the Convocation ceremony will be available on the University Website.

Before arrival at the University Convocation Ceremony:

• Refer to specific layouts to identify places. 
• Wear an Identity Card at all times in campus.
• Take all precautionary measures while traveling by public transportation.
• Avoid touching frequently used surfaces/objects at all times for the safety of yourself and others.

At the University Main Gate:

• Entry at the Main gate is strictly subject to verification of a valid photo ID Card and Entry Ticket.
